Cons: No complaints an excellent base for enjoying Nerja

Pros: Wonderful hotel with a guest-focused staff and convenient amenities. Only blocks from the beach and an amazing price. Also has a room for showering and storing luggage in case you have down time between check-out and departure.

Pros: Recently renovated hotel in peaceful location and convenient for beach and restaurants. Easy walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Bar serving happy hour drinks at 4.30 p.m.! Our balcony looked towards the mountains. Very relaxing and happy stay. We will return.

Cons: I would like the hotel to continue to reduce single use plastic in the hotel (i.e. jam and butter containers, teabags). Small changes can have a big impact.

Pros: The staff just couldn't be more friendly, helpful, they even found out it was my Birthday and left a chilled bottle in our room , lovely thought,

Pros: Everything. It’s one of those ‘exactly what it says on the tin’ kind of places. If there are photos produced by the hotel, they’re genuine. Yes! All those restaurants. Yes! All those facilities. Yes! The rooms really look like that.

Cons: For the first time in very many visits I was ‘interrupted’! A quite inconveniently timed phone call checking all was well with the room and someone, on a separate occasion, knocking on the door with the usual ‘how did we do’ survey that they usually slip under the door. Not really problems but not expected and not really necessary. On my own, another country, no spy hole, no chain on the door and no reason for anyone to be knocking. Just a bit disconcerting.

Cons: There was building works going below our room. Very noisy

Pros: Fabulous location, lovely staff (especially Vanessa, Beatritz and Pedro were so friendly) the breakfast room overlooking the ocean was amazing and the breakfast was very good too. Loved the comfortable sunbeds with soft padding. And lunch in the terrace cafe was very good quality and again amazing sea views.

Cons: The only fault i have was the bed was too hard for me. (Room 902). Its unfortunate because i really loved everything else about this hotel. They were planning some renovations so hopefully upgrading the beds are in the plan too :-) If so i would definitely go back... If the beds were better quality i would give it a 10 !

Cons: We got last 2 rooms available. The balcony wirh sea view room was very overlooked by public promenade. Our second room was very dark with small window.

Pros: The hotel is meticulously clean with friendly and welcoming staff. The location couldn’t have been any better, right in the heart of the town. Nevertheless, the hotel offers a number of opportunities to find a quite spot and relax, so peaceful with amazing views.

Cons: The internet was a bit slow

Cons: We had the worst location for a room - shouldn't even be offered. Right above an alley-way outside a pub - late night noise + 5:30 am deliveries. Also two twin beds shoved together doesn't make a double bed.

Pros: Everything good apart from we didn’t get our early morning call as we had asked for on the day we left.

Cons: Our young grandson only eats weetabix. Not on offer at hotel so we had to search the area until we found some.

Pros: Lovely small hotel perfectly located for sea and restaurants. Very friendly helpful staff. Super room with terrace. Generous breakfast. Parking on site.

Pros: very friendly staff, hotel is close to tourist-area (with lot of restaurants and bars). Could be good if you like it (I didn’t)

Cons: room (116) had no view (only open to inner courtyard), bathroom looked old and a little shabby (have seen better days). And did not have toilet-brush. Elevator to parking-area very small (I had a Seat Ateca – total on the limit). Room for 100€ way to expensive

Pros: In the middle of town. Vibrant atmosphere but room was very quiet. Very clean. Hot tub and roof terrace were great. 5 mins from beach

Pros: It was good value for money, very near to the main square & the staff was so nice & helpful would stay here again if it was for a few days.

Cons: The shower was so small we really struggled to wash without turning the water red hot or off, also they only change the towels every 3 days & as the water from the shower goes everywhere the towels needed replacing but these were just small issues.

Pros: Loved the terrace and jacuzzi, it was lovely sitting on the terrace watching the sunrise, we had the breakfast twice with was lovely.

Cons: Thought the room we had was a little small at first, but it was clean and cosy when we settled in.

Pros: Loved the breakfast! Every day a little different and a personal touch! The staff knew what you wanted ie tea with milk no sugar etc. They hosts were all very friendly and we were treated very well thank you ☺️ I also loved sitting on the veranda listening to the pop up restaurants come alive with music and the noise being completely silenced by the double glazing

Cons: Honestly only the bed (for my comfort) was a little hard! Maybe an iron in the room could have been an improvement!
