Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and access major attractions. The staff received many compliments for being friendly and helpful, and several reviewers found the hotel clean and full of character, with a charming atmosphere. However, parking was a common issue due to limited spaces and high costs, and the pool was frequently criticized for being out of order or poorly maintained. Despite some dated decor and occasional service lapses, the overall experience was positive for most guests, especially regarding location and hospitality.
