Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the French Quarter and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and attentiveness, with several guests noting that employees went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Many appreciated the rooftop pool and its relaxing atmosphere, as well as the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The atmosphere, including features like the jazz club and courtyard, added to the hotel's charm. Some negative feedback included issues with room temperature, outdated rooms, small bathrooms, and occasional maintenance problems, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences for most guests.
