Great location! The restaurant below was excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good. Sometimes there was a very long line but moved quickly. It was irritating using room key for elevator and lights but was fine once you got used to it (and when it worked). Check-in line was always way too long- there needs to be online check-in that allowed not going to the desk. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were spacious for NYC, and the location was perfect! Breakfast was good and it saved a lot of money vs. going out to eat each morning. We’ll definitely be back, well worth the money!

Rotting hole in the bathroom ceiling, very limited fitness center, no pool, staff did not explain the key card procedures. Otherwise fairly nice and good location.

Cons (-) Room was EXTREMELY small. Unclean (hairs in sink and on bathroom floor). Not even a small, single serve coffee machine in the room. All for $450 per night?

Cons (-) The rooms were minimalist, which is okay because you aren’t there much. However, the biggest problem we had was that our key demagnetized EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. We put it in different pockets, away from cell phones, we were very careful because it got SO ANNOYING to have to trek back to the desk from the 17th floor every time we went back to the room. Our subway cards didn’t demagnetize stored the same...

Pros (+) Full buffet breakfast saves money and time running out elsewhere. Location is perfect. Only a block from Times Square. A block from most broadway shows. Lots of restaurants close by and close to subway . Our flight was early and they gave us a room at 9:30am at no extra charge . We will definitiley stay there again.

Cons (-) The bathroom was very undesirable!! From the door not shutting all the way (sitting at the desk you could see the person sitting on the toilet because there was that much of a gap) to the shower that everyone can see your shadow in - so uncomfortable with others in the room
