Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions like Times Square and public transportation. Many also mention friendly and helpful staff, with some guests receiving assistance with luggage and early check-in. However, the absence of an elevator is a significant drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Several reviews note that the rooms are quite small and can be noisy due to street or subway sounds. Overall, the location and service are highlights, but guests should be prepared for compact rooms, noise, and stairs.
