Pros (+) Great location and very friendly staff. There is no elevator but staff will carry your luggage up and down the stairs for you. The room is very small but nicely decorated. They provided ear plugs which was a nice touch for a city that never sleeps!
Cons (-) It was winter but the temperature without the heat on was very warm inside. The only option was to open the window. The window opened to a small vertical tunnel filled with pigeons and tons of pigeon poop. The room was not overly clean and since the room was so small you noticed everything- toothpaste on bathroom tile, dirt all over the walls, sand/dirt on the laminate floors.
