Hilton should take his name away from this hotel It’s a very old build
The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the location
Old building doors to the room are very hard to open and close, beds are very uncomfortable I got a back pain and my son got the same back problem from the bad mattress No coffee machine or any complimentary in a 5 Star suit, , They had a wrong fire alarm went on two nights on the roll around 1:00 o’clock in the morning woke us up and they didn’t do anything for it to make up to us I travel a lot and always stay in 5 stars hotels all over the world This hotel (London New York) was the worst hotel I ever stayed in for the last 10 years of my life I suggest no one to stay in this hotel for any price I wasted my $$$ money and plus I damaged my health by staying there
Tired and staff seemed taxed
The location was good with proximity to Time Square, Central Park, Broadway Shows w/o being right in the middle of it. The guys at the door we're great!
Our room was dated and not well designed for a suite. The working staff seemed taxed but was hard working and assisted with a smile once engaged. Management seemed aloof.
Great location, friendly staff and the luxury linens on bed made it extra comfortable
I don't have a bad thing to say
The London NYC is amazing!
The concierge gave wonderful recommendations before and during our trip!
Great sized rooms for biz travelers
Restaurant service and housekeeping seem more lax and work without urgency or purpose... Unmotivated!
