When checking in I was charged a $40 per night “destination fee” to cover things like the hotel gym, wi-fi and in room coffee service. We received coffee only one of the four nights there and that took six calls to the front desk requesting it over the course of 12 hours. We gave up and had our morning coffee nearby. Cons (-) Not all electrical outlets appeared to work, poor hot water for shower. Ended up taking a cold shower.

Pros (+) A small boutique hotel in the center of every and right on 42nd Street. The rooms are small but adequate for two people. The lighting controls are unique and nice.
