Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful design, and stylish atmosphere. Many appreciated the clean and well-decorated rooms, as well as the overall ambiance. However, reviews were mixed regarding service and cleanliness, with some guests experiencing issues at check-in or with staff, and a few noting that certain areas could be cleaner. Noise was a common complaint, particularly from the rooftop bar, pool, or street, which affected the comfort of some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the location and atmosphere, stood out for most guests.

Wonderful
Joshua, May 2020
Pros (+) Staff is A++++. bed was comfy, hotel is super clean and in fun walkable location. They had my car washed for me. And really went over the top of us to meet our needs. We will definitely be back.
Cons (-) Not one thing. They handled us perfectly.

Pros (+) Awesome rooms and very well appointed decor and location is awesome. Very beachy and luxurious feel.
Cons (-) Arriving Friday night in the summer, looked like a scene from real housewives and bumping house music from the bar. Security guards in the lobbby didn’t make for a very reassuring feel. Had to move rooms b/c too loud in first room from the rooftop bar. Breakfast place doesn’t open till 8am, not too kid conscious with families who have kids that are up early.
