Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Some reviewers found the rooms clean and comfortable, and a few noted good value for money, especially considering the hotel's budget status. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the bathrooms, citing issues like poor water pressure, broken or missing shower heads, and outdated fixtures. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also several complaints about dinginess, musty smells, and unhelpful staff. Overall, the hotel is seen as basic and in need of updating, but its location and some aspects of service are well regarded.AI-generated from customer reviews
