Checkin. Desk was horrible. Girl was obviously too important to be working there. No greeting. No manners. No discussion about welcome gift or points. No there’s the elevators etc. weird you’d put someone like that at front vs maid or something. Exorbitant parking charge. Could literally park next door for half the cost. Room was very clean and nice.

The hotel appears to have been recently refreshed with modern decor and everything looked newer. The staff did fine and I have no complaints on that end. I didn't care for the $25 daily parking fee for guests staying at the hotel. This added $50 to my total, and I would have had other hotel options at that price. The location was good with many attractions being a short walk away.

Just ok. Staff are not friendly and not accomodating. Our room door is defective which waa not fixed at all even if we told maintenance about ot.

Cons (-) Parking was added on at the end of stay. We would have appreciated notification of parking fee prior to stay since parking lot adjacent to hotel was $5/night.

Pros (+) The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.

Pros (+) Loved the location, the room was great, the service was great, and the hotel did stay very quiet and there were 3 sports teams while we were there.
Cons (-) The wait time for the elevator was 15 minutes at peak time. And I would suggest going out for breakfast.
