Very good

Anonymous, Sept 2023

Location was a bit off the strip so it was quiet. The shower was amazing. On the other hand, the furniture was scratched and chipped. The coffee pods were not replaced by maid service and the breakfast in bed was not impressive at all. It was delivered almost an hour late one morning. The next morning we paid extra to have mimosas and there was almost no sparkling wine in them at all. Certainly no...

Wonderful

Pros (+) We loved everything! The location (so close to clifton hill), breakfast in bed, french press coffee, complimentary champaigne, the upgrade they gave us, and the bed and towels! We will stay there again. Many people are complaining about parking, but $17 a day sounds reasonable compared to $50 a day charged at the hotels by the falls.

Cons (-) Exterior and the surrounding area are not as nice as we would have liked. But once you enter a room, everything changes.

Pros (+) Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms awesome staff AMAZING spa. Great restaurant. Loved it.

Cons (-) I thought it was kinda cheesy to hit us with a surprise parking fee of $17 when we were leaving

Wonderful

Anonymous, Jul 2017

Pros (+) The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff. The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished. The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.

Pros (+) Close enough to walk to all of the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough off the main tourist spots to be quiet. You MUST eat at at the in-house restaurant, AG Inspired Cuisine -- it is DELICIOUS.
