Somehow my reservation was made to downtown Atlanta. Why? Two different counter people were unbelievably rude. The car was beat up with 38,000 miles on it. Then the location closed before my reservation time was up and they want to charge me $25 more to drop it off at the open airport location. Terrible all around.8.0 Very Good

I called the location directly 1 hour before pick up to confirm reservation & verify vehicle was available. 40 minutes later I received a call from the location stating the had no vehicles available and denied that anyone from their location gave me confirmation otherwise.10.0 Wonderful

I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.Cons:
They could have their hours up online instead of on a sheet of printer paper on the door so no one gets tricked into renting a car they can’t get!2.0 Poor

Pros:
I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:
Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.4.0 Mediocre

Drop off was terrible. Apparently this location isn't connected to the rest of Enterprise so if you call the national number to get some assistance or support, you can't.Cons:

the gas pedal of the car we rented was very short and my foot kept slipping off. this is dangerous. the cockpit design is quite uncomfortable. however, these problems stem from the car manufacturer [chevy sonic], not enterprise10.0 Wonderful
