Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's convenient location near shopping centers and stations, making it easy to access transportation and amenities. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendly and helpful service from staff, as well as the reasonable pricing. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, noting issues such as mold, stains, and general lack of upkeep. Room size is also a common concern, with multiple guests mentioning that rooms are quite small. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, cleanliness and room size are notable drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
