The breakfast was way better than expected. The staff was friendly. You really couldn't have asked for a better location for a rest stop on a cross country move.
The carpets were really dirty and as much as they tried to clean the rooms, everything was dated and falling apart.
Big rooms and just comfortable.. This is an older property, remodeled but not quite 100%. With that said it's a pretty good property, room and bath very clean, usable and comfortable..
There are little rough edges around the place, doors damaged, scratches.
Bed wal like a rock, 20 year old tv
Staff were very friendly, location to I40 was great too.
Really outdated. Tube TVs, no LEDs. Facilities were very dated
Best place to stay.
I love eveything about it and would tell all my friends anout it. Cause they will love it as i did..
I cant say it all was good and nothing was wrong from my opinion and i think its better than everyone else in motel.
Noisey, broken fixtures, couch coushins were torn, TV guide printed on TV stand didn't matter how channels
Bathtub backed up with water in the middle of the nigj and almost flooded over, was moved to a new room at 4:00 a.m. that didn't have a key that worked. Terrible experience. Don't stay here.
Watch out for hookers
Nice facility. Two clubs in the motel. Several swimming pools.
I had a prostitute and two pimps beating on my door at midnight. Trying to mug me. Smoking in the hallway. People so drunk they were having to be carried. My tv remote had no batteries. The mattress had springs poking through even with the mattress pad that was for a queen size bed even though I had a king. The front desk told me they had no rooms available but had to book me in because of kayak.
Breakfast was horrible. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes. And they charged me $50 for smoking in a room when I don't even smoke. They are just money hungry.
The room, staff, clientele were awful. No light bulbs were in the room. No refrigerator temperature was hard to control to get the room to stay consistently cool.
Staff incompetent with booking from 3rd party comp
My room was not marked not vacant in their system and a security guard burst in at 2 am trying to kick me out of my room because they booked it for another guest while I was staying. Very unpleasant experience.
Just a bed to sleep along the highway on a long trip
