Cons (-) The breakfast was white bread for toast and wrapped granola bars. My first room had a broken air conditioner and a bed that was unmade and looked like someone had been in it. My second room had no toiletries.

Cons (-) The air conditioning is placed poorly in the room -- right next to the bed and direction of flow is not adjustable. Breakfast was very simple Room smelled like Curry Can hear neighbors walking and television.
Pros (+) The room was wonderful, the kitchen area was a really nice. Everything was super clean and the staff was very nice and helpful! I would definitely stay there again!
Pros (+) We had two guys staying in one room, and sadly they only had one bed per room. So my 500lb friend had to sleep on a pull out couch or recliner. Breakfast was a joke and consistented of a granola bar, instant grits, beagle, or muffin? Really? But, you get what you pay for, as the price was extremely low.

Cons (-) Our room never got cleaned, we had to chase down towels every day, the pool closed at 9pm, and worst of all our daughter's charging cord for her laptop was stolen off the desk in our room...still haven't heard from the manger who is going to promptly call with an update.
Pros (+) This hotel was near everthing but away from all of the traffic. Less than two minutes from the convention center and restaurants. I had a good room with a small kitchen. The front desk staff was excellent.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast could have been better.
