Cons:Not having to pay for wifi
Cons:I booked this resort because of the water park. I was disappointed that I paid resort fees and then when I went to the water park with the family I had a fee per person to get into the water park. The website did not list any additional fees for the water park. This needs to be on the website. The four restaurants were a complete disappointment. The Breakfast Buffett did not exist-maybe due to Covid. They only had a few singled items to choose from such as cereal, muffins, etc. The food at the water park was horrible. I did not try any other food at the resort because of my disappointment with the other restaurants and what they had to offer.
Cons:I would prefer in the moment to arrive, go to my apartment and rest. It is very annoying the insistence of the sales personal to get a breakfast meeting the following days. I am a Resort Owner and never have understood all the years is the same.
Cons:Waited in line to check in for over 3 hours. They overbooked the rooms and were trying to shuttle families to nearby resorts. We finally got a room at 3 a.m. watched another family with 5 small children get turned away, I believe they went to sleep in their car. If I would have known it was a large time share resort would have never chosen this option. Need a golf cart to get around, very large place.
