I am not sure why I have read any negative reviews regarding this place. Our experience was great and you simply can’t beat the excellent accommodations with spacious rooms for this price. While this resort offers timeshares, we were NEVER harassed or annoyed by any staff regarding this at any point. We were treated excellent for our entire stay and all staff did an extraordinary job making our stay awesome. Yes, the property is large but you can contact or wave down a complimentary resort shuttle any time you want. Our room was HUGE, and I was completely satisfied our entire trip. The place is very well cleaned and maintained. Staff is highly responsive to any request. Will definitely be staying again when traveling to Orlando. Highly recommended!
The resort always has a nice and clean enviroment. The location is very convenient for visit the Theme Parks
I would prefer in the moment to arrive, go to my apartment and rest. It is very annoying the insistence of the sales personal to get a breakfast meeting the following days. I am a Resort Owner and never have understood all the years is the same.
Pool areas were nice, rides throughout the resort very helpful.
Waited in line to check in for over 3 hours. They overbooked the rooms and were trying to shuttle families to nearby resorts. We finally got a room at 3 a.m. watched another family with 5 small children get turned away, I believe they went to sleep in their car. If I would have known it was a large time share resort would have never chosen this option. Need a golf cart to get around, very large place.
A nice room that was clean and comfortable
Parking at this location is severely lacking. Prepare to hike this your car. Front desk was not accommodating nor friendly even though I called ahead. On check out day housekeeping is ringing the doorbell even with the DND sign deployed over an hour before checkout time
Good proce
layout of room was weird. Spa tub next to bed. It is a villa...shared the front door and foyer with strangers. Elevators in a hidden area, scary at night.
Facility was nice, and clean but they had many issues going on. The first night we arrived the room and the whole Building had no hot water. After waiting all night issue was not resolved and there was no hot water in the morning. We requested to be moved to another Bldg which they did.
Agent in the morning informed us management had no knowledge of any issues. Including another Building with no electricity. Management and front desk should know and be informed of all issues so they don’t book rooms which have problems.
Cleanliness
Outdated Luxury
the amenities were old, but high quality. Well worth the price
A bit dirty and rundown
The resort is beautiful with only one down fall....
It’s big and beautiful. It reminds me of an apartment complex. The pools are heated and they have jacuzzis in and outside of your room. The staff is more friendly than the cast members at Disney. We really injoyed most of our stay.
As soon as we arrive to the resort my wife and I were hounded to come to a seminar to talk about joining the resorts special club and joining a travelers club. We only went for the prizes but they ended up using two of my vacation days for information we told them we didn’t want. So if you decide to go. Just tell them NO to the “tour around the property” and enjoy your vacation.
Location
The air conditioner unit is very noisy and the toilet have water problems.
SALES
Comfy bed. Nice Lakeview. Good WiFi
High pressure sales the minute we walked in. Insufficient parking. Broken down old TV. Impossible to order room service. Bathroom vents were old and sounded like a dying walrus. Repeated sales calls & texts. Apathetic/scripted response via text based concierge (i.e: "Please let us know if we can do anything to improve your stay!" [I bring an issue to them] "I'm sorry but we can't help!" [Repeat with the next issue].)
Jet tub.
The room is very noisy.
