Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially for Miami University visits, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. However, several reviews mention that the property is dated, with some maintenance issues such as non-working showers, noisy air conditioners, and small bathrooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, and some guests find the beds uncomfortable. Accessibility is a concern due to the lack of an elevator. Overall, the positives are the location, service, and cleanliness.
