Pros (+) Location and buffet.
Cons (-) I wanted a room with a table and chairs. I also do NOT like the smoked glass wall separating bathroom from room. When you turn light on wakes up person in bed. Also, seeing someone go to bathroom is not sexy. Paint the wall...maybe leave top 1/5 of window frosted. Also, put bathroom extractor fans in bathroom. Smell is not sexy either.
