Cons:
I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest2.4 Poor

Pros:
We cancelled the reservation while standing in the long line at the airport. We would have waited about 1 1/2 hrs. The problem was that they didn't have enough cars ready for the people waiting to pick them up. Went over to Avis counter - no line, AND we got a much better deal!Cons:
Having the cars ready so that there wouldn't be a very long wait! (I estimate based on 30 people in front of us that it would have been about 1 1/2 hr wait.Sixt

No the place we rented from is no longer in business. And yet you still took our money and sent us to that location. Apparently our time and money is worthless? We had to uber to a second hertz and have them rent us a car.Cons:
