The staff are very courteous and friendly and speak several languages. The location of the hotel is excellent for shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is right on the doorstep which is an advantage. The hotel supplies lots of coat-hangers ! It is always very clean. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, but I was disappointed with the room that we were allcoated this time: little bit dated. The pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. There was no satellite TV, only 3 German channels and nothing else - in times of bad weather this would be a disappointment. The hairdryer looked a bit risky to use, and so did the electric fan overhead - in fact we asked for it to be repaired as it was falling from the ceiling and making quite a noise ! It was repaired immediately. The seat cushions on the balcony were so flat and uncomfortable. The wardrobed creaked constantly once it was opened. I did not like to complain to the reception about all these things, so didn't say anything !

The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop, is excellent and the hotel staff very courteous and friendly. The room was a little dingy and could use some bright paint. The pillows definitely need to be replaced as they are very flat ! The TV in the room only broadcast German TV (I would much prefer to hear Spanish programmes in a Spanish-speaking country !!!) and only a total of 3 channels and nothing else - no satellite - so if the weather is not good, the TV is limited. The air conditioning was very weak (and it was very hot outside!!).

The staff were very friendly but i could not help thinking it needed a new lease of life bringing to it. It was the start of the season and very quiet though The breakfast was at best average. Quite expensive for what it offered

The receptionist was so cheerful & helpful. Our room had a beautiful view. Breakfast - selection of food - could be greater e.g. fruit, yoghurt etc.

Excellent location, fantastic sea views, friendly staff, clean, well run hotel, nice to wake up to the sound of waves lapping on the shore Sometimes a bit noisy late at night due to close proximity of restaurant with live music. Sometimes a bit noisy in the early morning due to cleaning the beach - can't have everything !

The location of the hotel is excellent. I have stayed at this hotel three times now. Although the location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding restaurants/bars play (sometimes live) music so loud and till quite late at night, which is a bit disturbing if trying to sleep in order to get up early the next day to take an excusion. I would be careful to whom I recommend the hotel as the music noise is a definite factor to be taken into consideration.
