The location where I made the reservation didn't have any cars available and had been waiting all afternoon for the distribution center to send over more cars. Four of us in the lobby were stuck. Luckily, another woman asked them to check a different location about 15 minutes away. The associate did, and they had cars. The associate asked if we'd be willing to go to that location and since I had been dropped off, I didn't have transportation. Thankfully, the woman who'd asked was a real Good Samaritan and offered me a lift. When I got to the other place, they didn't have the car I reserved (an intermediate) and I had to take a compact, which I didn't enjoy, but I took anyway because I was under a time crunch. This other location did their best but they seemed overwhelmed with all of us coming over. The first Avis center was all very disorganized. How is it they accepted reservations without available cars? Why didn't I get a call ahead of time if there were no cars, so I could make other arrangements? It was a mess.8.0 Very Good

No signs instructing you where to drop off vehicle. It was a one way rental so I didn't pick it up there. It was inconvenient because she made me go back to mall parking to pull car up to front door which was difficult to findBudget

The second car they gave me was fully functionalCons:
The first car was broken, vibrated/shock-likely something wrong with the tires. The second car they gave was filthy, the trunk had bananas, grocery bags, wrapping paper, old masks. There were chips by the driver’s seat. Both car were clearly never cleaned when I rented them for their enhanced cleaning during covid. Very disappointed with the whole experience2.0 Poor

there was only one person working during a time when the internet was down. It took me a total of two hours to do a simple one day rental. There should have been no less that four people working during this trying time. The car that was rented to me was filthy. It smelled like sweat and cigarettes. I could not wait to get out of it. It was the most disgusting car I have ever been in. It shook over 65 MPH. It was Nissan Rogue7.2 Good

A bit pricey for the car that was given to me. And I did not like that I was not able to go through the drop of inspection with the person who inspects the car. If I have any extra charges because of that I will be very upset and dispute them because the car was returned in the same conditions I received it in.Dollar
