Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many found the location convenient, especially for access to local attractions like the casino. The breakfast was generally well-liked, with several guests noting the variety and quality. However, numerous reviews reported issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities, including problems with pests, odors, and outdated facilities. While the service and location were strong points, the hotel would benefit from improvements in room upkeep and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
