Pros (+) It was a quick drive to the downtown.
Cons (-) The room had an odor and did not seem very clean. It was loud. I could hear a different room’s toilet flushing. Very unpleasant stay for what is expected of Double Tree

Pros (+) This was my first stay at the double tree in Pittsburgh. It was a very busy weekend , but the hotel staff was very attentive to everyone . Will for certain book this hotel again.

Pros (+) Pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly for the most part.
Cons (-) Was woke up at 8 am to the sound of a construction crew operating a jack-hammer. Towels had stains on them.

Pros (+) It was a place to stay. Had an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi
Cons (-) Staff member was unfriendly when I was checking in. Room was small and dated. Bathroom was tiny. Hotel was difficult to navigate through to find my room. Hotel was crowded with all the events going on. Had to navigate my way around weddings and seminar groups before I got to my room. Parking was a nightmare. Pros (+) The ladies working Saturday night (10/8) are fabulous. As well as the manager that was on Saturday night and Sunday morning. It is obvious that customer service is a big deal here.
Cons (-) what we did not like was the horrible hockey team of kids. It was outrageous how these parents let their children literally run around like maniacs. The hotel did their best to control it but it was the parents that were on all of the floors drinking in the hallways that should've been in control of their own children.
