Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and local attractions, as well as the variety and quality of its pools, including adults-only and infinity options. Many also appreciate the breakfast and buffet choices. However, there are repeated complaints about inconsistent service, with some staff described as unprofessional or unfriendly, and issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Noise from nearby nightlife and some maintenance issues are also mentioned. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good amenities and a lively atmosphere, but improvements in service and cleanliness would enhance the experience.
