Pros (+) The staff in the restaurant was friendly, attentive and all-around great; room seemed freshly renovated.
Cons (-) Room wasn't fully cleaned during our stay (coffee maker was left as I used it); not enough toilet paper; I canceled wakeup call but got one anyway; no non-slip in slippery bathtub; too few towels; dozens of little boys running around and yelling in public areas (lacrosse tournament, I think).
