Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and the welcoming atmosphere, as well as the dog-friendly policy. However, several guests noted issues with room size, with some finding the rooms and bathrooms quite small. There were also some complaints about bed comfort, noise levels, and minor housekeeping lapses. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in most reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
