Wonderful
JOE, Oct 2018 - Hotel Metropole Venezia
Pros (+) They make every guest a movie star!
Cons (-) Nothing: I’m pretty picky and they exceeded every normal measure—— when I left behind my unmarked music-book .... when I called from UK they had it and are sending it to my home! Saints!

Anonymous, Sept 2017 - Hotel Savoia & Jolanda
Pros (+) The location was fantastic. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and the restaurant is great for people watching at any time - the staff is wonderful. One of the best Aperol Spritz I've ever had. The room was large and despite how busy it was outside, it was very quiet inside - it even had electric shades to get the room really dark. Venetian glass chandelier and lamps were a beautiful to...
Cons (-) The hairdryer was awful - really needs to be upgrade. The cost was extremely high and I'm not sure it was worth that amount. The bed was like sleeping on a board - but some people may like it that hard, and the pillows were flat and hard. A few simple upgrades would have made the stay much better.

Pros (+) The hotel is located right in the middle of the tourism.boat access was simple and walking along waterfront at night was delightful. Hotel room was small but upgraded bathrooms were clean and nice. Gym was high tech with treadmill bike and weights but many runners opt for the waterfront unless too late in the day and the crowds make it impossible to get around
Cons (-) Upgrade carpets and Bedspreads tv had very spotty reception Ac unit would click 3times and turn on

Pros (+) Location. View of rooms facing the canal.

Willie, Mar 2017 - Hotel Savoia & Jolanda
Pros (+) It is a great place to stay because it is a stone throw away from St. Marks Square. The water bus that took us to the airport stopped right in front of the hotel, which made the it easy for us to travel to the airport with our big suitcases.

Pros (+) Beautiful old hotel. small rooms, but efficient and comfortable for 2 people. Great decorative touches in the room. Our room had views of the grand canal, with windows that could've opened for a fresh breeze off the water. Breakfast included in the price of stay, and was delicious, with many options on the buffet, fresh made cappuccinos, and views of the water. Extremely easy access to vaporetto, ...
Cons (-) A con for some: we had to climb 2 flights of stairs to our room even after taking the elevator, which was fine for us, but may be problematic or some; the elevator was tiny, which seems fairly standard for Italy, but good to know. In general recommend packing light, no matter where you stay as navigating over bridges in the city can be challenging with big bags!

Pros (+) Location, super nice staff, new rooms.
Cons (-) For the price we were expecting a better view on the room. On the contrary we were situated on a back building

Pros (+) Comfortable elegance at it's best. Warmest staff you will ever find anywhere in Venice. The staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. Spotless rooms, and nice views. The oriental bar is superb. We will always return to the Metropole when visiting Venice.
Cons (-) After 10 days leaving was very hard.
