Cons (-) It was pricey for what it was. Also, the rooms on the highway side were very noisy. Making someone pay extra for a “water view” seems petty, when the alternative is a night full of highway noise. At least, it eventually became background noise.

Pros (+) great location, overlooking the bay
Cons (-) The hotel was under renovation and this was not disclosed anywhere. the work is very nice and i am sure that it will be wonderful after it is complete, but it would have been nice to know prior to arrival. the carpet is new but the design is one that makes you think it is worn and old. they should rethink the design.

Pros (+) The staff was curtious. Location is convenient and view is lovely overlooking the harbor.
Cons (-) The hotel is under construction. It is significant. The work begins at 8:30 am. The structure vibrates. The water supply in the hotel is disturbed by the construction. The power is weak, and the water runs brown for a few minutes. Most of the fixtures in the room were faulty. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. I left stating they should not be open. They did refund me for the night. I will try them ...

Cons (-) We were not advised at the time of the reservation that the hotel is undergoing renovation's. The restaurant and bar are closed. No morning coffee even available on -site . Very noisy!
