I like the area a lot since it was close to the convention center. The room was cozy in European style.
Under my bed it was dirty with some broken glass pieces.

We love the Dean and stay here every time we visit providence. It is very clean and in a great location. I love that each room is different and has different pieces of furniture. The coffee is amazing and so is the restaurant that’s attached. Can’t go wrong with a stay at the dean!

Very clean, great staff, very beautiful.
Absolutely the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed In. A triumph of design taking priority over function.

Great customer service. Attentive. Fantastic location.
The lighting and elevator. A little eerie and dark.
