Pros (+) Very clean and diligent with safety precautions due to COVID-19. Nicely designed resort as well.
Cons (-) I can’t say much bad, the only things that I could see being a problem for others is the language barrier. Although in a Spanish speaking country there were very few bilingual staff. I was able to communicate with my limited Spanish, I would suggest having a translator app handy.
