Clean and friendly. Staff was helpful and very pleasant location / access was a bit hard, but worth it for the convenience that I was looking for.
Clean quiet room at a good price. Morning newspaper provided. Staff was cordial and helpful. Car[eting in the room was soiled and worn.
Rooms were clean I was expecting a pool

Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was really good.
We stayed here because it was close to SEATAC. The room was clean and was good for our needs. The reception gals could not have been nicer and helpful with our questions. The gal who runs the the breakfast will do anything to make you happy!

It was a long weekend and I was impressed that the general manager let her staff take the holiday while she worked the front desk. Great job! The rooms were good and the breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel as a convenient location.
Location was good. close to the airport and shopping centers The hotel has a really bad smell in the lobby area and it continues in the walkways to the rooms, thankfully not into the rooms.
Clean, pleasant staff. Suited our basic needs. Difficult to get on to off of freeway from the south. The turn into the hotel was across 4 lanes just off the off ramp.
The staff was just super. Did their level best to make our stay a pleasant experience. Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was just OK - not bad you understand, just not as good as Holiday Inn Express for example.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
Fairly comfortable bed, clean room. Friendly staff. Location is in a business park with nothing around. Walls are a bit thin. Woken up by noise from adjacent rooms.
I liked the location...extremely close to the airport. The bed was a king and plenty big for a tall man like myself. The first room I recieved smelled like smoke...I returned to the front desk to ask for another room. The lady at the service desk got snappy with me and reluctantly gave me another room. I will definetly will inquire whether they allow smoking at the hotel before I rent in the future.
The room was comfortable and I felt welcomed. It was clean but could always be cleaner. More food that is less expensive.
The cleanliness & friendliness. Pool was too cold to use. Remodeling. We had to walk outside in the pouring rain to get from the front desk to the elevator. I'm in a wheelchair, which made it especially unpleasant. I would have appreciated knowing about the remodel before hand. There is no excuse for a cold pool. It should have been 85 degrees (I have a home pool so I know). Grandkids were disappointed. We were too.
Excellent service, clean, nice room, quiet, relaxing. No.
Our room had a lovely view of the HVAC and had cheap updates with shotty workmanship.
clean and close to airport
Other than the dislikes the room was well kept and maintained, as was the small portion of the hotel we saw. Staff was somewhere between meh and alright overall, standard check in/out. The room we had was close to pool area so room smelled like chlorine and we were awoken by children running up and down hallways. Bed was... odd; I'm 6'3 160 pounds and laying in the bed created an indent the size a small hippo.
The staff was dealing with large groups of guests and a housekeeper issue, but they (staff) remained pleasant and helpful. Many areas of the hotel were not as clean as what we consider the "Hilton standard."
Hotel has a good location and they have a shuttle for airport. If you wanna be alone and relax that is the best place in Renton. but you must have a car to go Seattle or all around by the way there is an Avis in Renton on Grady Street which has gentle and friendly staff.
I recently stayed there for a weekend business trip. If I hadn't received a deal and paid regular price instead I would of been upset. The only service there is the front desk person. They advertise free continental breakfast but it's only Mon-Fri and from what I saw of the set up it's fairly small. The carpeting in the common area were noticeably stained. The room was average but couch and carpet did not appear even slightly clean. Would not recommend for anyone expecting a 3 star hotel.
Not a three star place, but more like a two star hotel.
We like to try unknown things and find where we end up. With everything we do we get a new adventure, and the same was with this hotel. At first surprise (which we should know better) was that people where actually living there. The Good: Rooms were quiet, bed was comfortable and there was open space to move around. Great to get and from Airport, but a little less great to go to Seattle Downtown. Service was excellent and ready to meet your needs! The Bad: It was a little dirty, like floors, and kitchen. Bathroom and bed were clean! Somebody had definitely been living in here prior to our stay and the smell was still there from the foreign cooking. Overall it was a nice stay for the price, and since we were almost all day in Seattle downtown we didn't mind the little things that were bad. We stayed 3 nights and that was plenty.
This was a nice, friendly establishment to stay in. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly, said hi every time we walked in and where always happy to answer any questions. The full kitchen feature was nice except the fridge didn't work properly, freezer was fine but not the fridge. Our first day there the hair dryer didn't work but maintenance was in our room replacing it within seconds of saying something to the front desk. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!
This was not a three stars...the room was dirty. It smells like a fog peed on the linens. The bathroom was gross...
The only saving grace at this hotel was the lady at the front desk, she was very sweet and moved us to another room when the first one we were placed in was filthy, no screen on the window, lock chain on the door was broken off, it smelled like dog, the list goes on. This hotel was NOT a 3 star. Maybe (maybe!) a 2 star hotel. It was disgusting. I couldn't even sleep because the bed was so gross and the whole place smelled like dogs. The pillows had stains. There was a condom wrapper on the chair. Stains on the carpet. Must I go on? I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. I was so disappointed. Again the ladies at the front desk were very nice. They were the only reason the stay wasn't totally atrocious.
Had I not booked this hotel at what I considered to be a very low rate I would not have been satisfied with this property. This hotel does not compare to other 3 star hotels I have stayed at.
I arrived at this hotel expecting a three star. It was not even a 1 star in my opinion. The lights at the front entrance were not working so was very unwelcoming and a little scary for a single woman travelling on my own. The rooms were disgusting, the sheets stained and the towels threadbare. I did not want to have a shower as the floor of the tub looked dirty and stained. The air was not at all fresh... smelled very stale and smoky. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
Room was dirty and disgusting. Empty condom wrapper. Staff was not helpf
I have never been to a hotel/motel with such a friendly staff. They were polite and always smiling which is a rare thing these days. I felt completely at home and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone i know!
Okay, could have been a lot better. Who puts an outdoor pool in the rainiest cities in Washington? Internet code didn't work Housekeeping didn't happen No shampoos Towels were stiff Bagels was all breakfast consisted of.
The room wasn't anything special but it served it's purpose and was relatively inexpensive.
It was cheap The room was poorly lit, the door wasn't sealed; I could hear everything coming from outside and see light shining through the cracks around the door, the sink was super dirty, the bedding stunk, & there were trashy movie channels playing porn on the t.v.
The location suited our needs.
I am tired of doing this type of survey. The Econo Lodge fill my need for a bed. Thanks

LOCATION DOUG, THE FRONT DESK GUY, WAS A TOTAL JERK, ALMOST GOT HIM BY THE NECK, WANTED TO BLOODY HIS NOSE, RUDE IN HIS AGRESSIVE WAY --SURPRISE --THERE WAS A 100$ DEPOSIT REQUIRED, WHEN I ASK ABOUT IT I TOOK CRAP, WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH WA ST ATTY GEN.
It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was nice. The fridge needs attention. And the sheets smelled stale.
Easy access to freeway Noisy, dirty
I made my reservation at 4pm on Friday. I called the hotel and told them I'd be arriving driving 1000 miles and would arrive early AM. Upon arrival, they had no record of my call and I ended up having to be DOUBLE-CHARGED for my hotel!!
location hotel staff charged $100.00 deposit & I have stayed there before without this charge. group that partied outside our room until 2:00am and we had to get up early. were smoking and drinking & very loud.emblem on car stolen, breakfast not good & messy
The bed was comfortable. They need more space for the guests who eat breakfast or allow the guests to take the food back to the room. More healthy options for breakfast and more vending machines.
Location, beds and very clean
Good sized, clean rooms with full size fridge and stove. Clean. I repeatedly had the experience of calling the front desk and waiting eight or ten rings for an answer. This is both before and during my stay. I also cooled my heels at the front counter until someone showed up. They were quite nice when they got around to answering the phone or getting to the front counter, but the front desk simply had no one there, almost always. I don't know if this was a management fault of having too few staff, or worker bees, but my feeling is the latter. They seemed to spend a lot of time in the room behind the front desk. There was no bell on the front counter to summon anyone. Although, given my phone experience I'm not sure it would've made any difference. Entirely different subject. I went to the hot tub and it six inches of foam on it.
The layout of the room kitchen, comfortable bed. Dvd player in room and internet hookup plus free wifi. entry was nice, ok breakfast, coffe and tea at the ready. the shower was not completely clean there were short hairs on the walls left, men stubble around the sink. The hair dryer almost caught my hair on fire it was shooting electrical sparks. They did remove it from the wall after I complained it was done the same day and replaced it with a new one.
Of COURSE I love everything about Larkspur and they deserve 5 stars. :) The bed and pillows. I feel bad for saying it but the bed was rock solid and the pillows were lumpy. Definitely not a good night sleep. Annnddd Mohammed doesn't work there anymore. :(
Better hide a bed mattress Bathroom was old - shower head wasn't very powerful
The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. Complementary laundry machines were a great benefit since we had been traveling several days. We had stayed at the Larkspur before and we will again! We have no complaints
Stayed on The 2nd floor . we Could hear everything upstairs and above us . We could hear the guests upstairs party till 2.00 am and the maid vacuum the floors above in the morning . It was like they were going to come through the ceiling . Very little sound proofing between floors . The bathroom door was on an angle when we closed it . Everything else was ok . WE have stayed at this location 3 times now , and never experience the extreme noise above . Not sure if we would stay again .
EVERYTHING!! Awesome staff, beautiful clean cozy luxurious convenient rooms, hassle free check in!! Great complimentary breakfast, ect ect ect!!! We actually stayed 3 extra days because it was sooo wonderfull HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! I normally don't take the time to do reviews, but they absolutely deserve it!!! :-) :-) :-) N/A
The suite had a nice layout and a large bathroom. The breakfast was pathetic, seating was terrible, and they began cleaning up early. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the door casing in the bathroom had swelled from moisture and was peeling apart. The couch had stains on it in the room.
Convenient, clean, hospitable Freeway noise...
the bed was very comfy. the thin walls.
Fake eggs but not complaining about anything else just come on fake eggs after everythin else being awsome?
Very nice decor and a very comfortable bed! The room was great and was equipped with many extras like a lap desk, ironing board, and nice, bug TV. Perhaps a better quality breakfast.
Next to elevator, loud. Not very updated. Didn't seem up to Hampton Inn standards.
The location to where we needed to be. No microwave No refrigerator No breakfast unless in paid dining room.
The staff is friendly and the bedrooms are clean. Also the shuttle to and from the airport is great and easy. Their phone tree is horrible. If they tell you to hold, wait a few minutes and then hang up and call back. Most likely they will take your call the second time. This happened to me each time I stayed there.
Airport shuttle is convenient. Staff needs to be more patient with their guests, especially tourists. We didn't feel welcome at all and there was so much miscommunication. Please be more accommodating!
That the breakfast was included in the price. They offer shuttle to nearby locations. It's location is convenient to shopping/food places next to the hotel. Certain staff negativity, not very courteous, and make it hard to feel welcome. It was as if we were hassling them when questions arose during our stay there, which in return makes it hard to relax and enjoy your stay there for several days when one is on vacation. The staff also questions your places to get shuttled too very extensively as if you're going to take off with their shuttle and never return. Definelty could use a remodel.
This facility is positioned between at a freeway off ramp and on a main street causing excessive amount of noise during the night. Vehicle noise continued until 11 until four in the morning causing it difficult to sleep. The facilities were worn down, a remodel would be timely.
Unprepared & lack of cleanliness
phone does not work. so is coffee maker.
Free airport shuttles every 30 min. Great toiletries by Cascadia Soapery. Friendly front desk staff. Walls were thin, bathroom didn't have fan and tub/showerhead/shower area could have been improved/cleaned better. Toilet was industrial/commercial looking. Guest services button didn't work on our room phone.
Shuttle service does not run as often as one would like.
The moment I left. This hotel seems to specialize in airline cancellations. Unfortunately I paid $269 for my stay. For that money I expect more than '80's dated decor, sticky carpets, caved in mattresses and lumpy pillows. A room by the hour would have benn cleaner.
The staff was sooo helpful. The breakfast was varied and well-maintained. Door leading to elevator broken so had to use steps to reach 3rd floor, probably ok since room was so far from elevator.
Proximity to airport's rental car facility; the room itself was HUGE and very well appointed with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom area, and very large living room; plenty of snacks a microwavable foods to purchase from front desk no elevator so had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs
They accommodated our need for more beds by giving us a bigger unit. Five nights a week they have a complimentary meal. The location is good for me but is not close to restaurants that you can walk to. It is close to South Center and other shopping.
Comfortable bed Lots of room Kitchenette was well stocked 'Welcome Reception' on weeknights food/beverages were good Staff was very friendly and helpful Location was a little hidden, but was not too far from Mall and Restaurants. Parking was limited
Size of unit and location No
Hot breakfast served every morning My husband and I walked into our room and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke! We are not smokers.Called the desk and was told we were booked for the smoking suite and couldn't be moved cause they were booked full.We smelled like ashtrays. Not happy
Spacious room suites and very accommodating staff. Please supply complimentary filtered water in the rooms.
Near a huge mall, it feels removed from the chaos. The trees, river and landscaping make a relaxing, pretty property. The employees are outstanding - friendly and efficient. Breakfast is nice, everything is clean, coffee is always on. Large room. Nice! I subtracted 1 point for some aging problems - heater was finicky, some wear on carpets and walls. Minor, and WELL worth the price paid. We loved it.

Location, on site laundry, the staff. My microwave caught fire. I have pictures and told the front desk.
My pet was allowed to stay in the room for a small charge for the few days we were there. The room was clean and had just enough room for us to sleep, eat at the table, and just relax and hang out. The front desk ladies were very nice and hospitable. The grab-and-go breakfast was good. Oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, but most important was coffee! I didn't have time to stop for coffee, so the coffee there was a godsend. With highways surrounding the building it was loud, but not unmanageable. The TV was very dark, even with the brightness and everything turned up as high as it could go. I didn't like that the door seals weren't the best and that light could be let in and that a rush of wind would jiggle the door - scared my dog and he would start to bark.
The staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located for getting to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The beds were comfortable and we didn't think it was to noisy except for 1 night people in the courtyard were up late being a bit loud [we were there 6 nights] Also the grounds were nice with landscaping and trees. For the price the stay should have included a continental breakfast as most of the other hotels I stay at do for that price. We always look for hotels with pools for family to enjoy and my biggest complaint is that the pool had no changing area or bathroom or fresh water rinse off area, We were located on the 3rd floor down a long hallway which is really inconvenient for using the restroom. There was a large group of kids staying there while we were there and I wondered where they might be going.I would like to suggest the hotel add that to their nice pool and hot tub for sanitary reasons.
Staff was very friendly. Well manicured grounds. Great location for shopping and fine dining.

Close location to where I needed to be. Im not a fan of exterior doors, but its not a deal killer if I get a hotel that has one.
Price and location The smell in the room! The hallways were pretty dirty.
Staff, location Bathroom light/fan howled! Had to leave light off.
Hotel is very close to the Airport. The overall 4 night stay was horrible. Toilet broke when I was out in downtown seattle and flood the room and I (the guest) had clean it. Was promised a different room by attendant but morning manager didnt care. Ruined my vacation stay in Seattle
Proximity to my class location No hair dryer,no coffee pot,no continental breakfast (as advertised online) Price was higher than quoted online, smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, limited channel selection on television, bed was uncomfortable.
Cheap-ish, at $---/night and close to Southcenter and the RapidRide E line. They are never consistent about fees. $20+tax to have my cat there last month, $25+tax PER NIGHT this time. 'Breakfast' is cheap granola and cheap muffins and weak coffee.
The room is cozy and clean. There is no bath tub stopper in my room and can not take bubble bath :(
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was up on the third floor and the room was very quiet. The hotel was in a great location especially for the price. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. I would stay here again. The rooms are old and smell a bit smoky, but I expected this from the previous reviews. The bathtub needs to be redone, it was old and moldy. I would have liked more towels left in the room.
Nothing ... Checking in was a nightmare .. Computer problems.. Took over 45 min..! Then we needed a hair dryer and they had them at the front desk but the problem was there wasn't anybody at the front desk... Sign read be back in 15 minutes.. 35 min still No one ..
a big table in the open kitchen no office and printer, breakfast is too simple
The hotel staff was kind, right off the freeway, short walk to the train/bus stop. Shower water was freezing and never fixed, broken drawers, kitchen was not stocked, breakfast was vending machine food, bed wobbled, had to get more toilet paper, etc. at front desk, no house keeping, poor lighting, smoking too close to building.
We liked that the hotel was easily accessible from major highways, and close to a major shopping mall. Make sure you hide all of your belongings if you decide to have the maid clean your room. We informed the hotel manager, and she gave us the "Our word against hers" speech. It is unfortunate that they choose to hire staff that will steal their customers property. Be careful if you choose to stay here, or don't let room service into your room.
The staff is wonderful ,friendly and courteous. And the hotel is extremely clean.
Staff was really friendly, hotel was clean and quiet. Will return again!!
Very Clean, Excellent customer service, The restaurant server is very kind and very helpful so is the cook that spoke multiple languages. I highly recommend this Hotel. The hotel is under-rated. It should be given a 5 star.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous, especially the assistant manager Danielle, who drove us to the airport to catch the light rail to the Seahawks game. Bathroom was also spacious and shower was very powerful and refreshing. The entire hotel is VERY well maintained and I would DEFINITELY recommend for anyone who is looking for value and convenience. Also only 5 minutes from SouthCenter Mall which is a shopper's paradise! I wish the rooms had a built-in safe, but otherwise I really have no complaints.
Shuttle Room layout. Location.
Proximity to airport, location wasn't too bad to everything else, Staff was very nice, No Hot tub, Rooms are a little dated.
The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. The beds were very comfortable, with the perfect pillows. The location was perfect, easy access with several amenities very close. I will definitely stay her again!! I didn't like that I only got to stay 1 night!
The staff here are very professional and were quick to respond to our needs! Pool area was clean and inviting after a long day! The rooms are very dated bed and linings not very comfortable.. Stay in the front side as a train runs past the back side regularly.
Everything was good, nice staff, quiet&clean rooms Only thing is that the train goes right behind the hotel.... And it runs 2-3 times a night with horns
The room was very nice and the staff especially Joe were wonderful, and it was great that the pool was heated no
staffs are very caring and friendly. breakfast has great variety. rooms are clean and the carpets are clean as well. the breakfast room is limit but you can always bring food back to your room. no big deal.
I always like Marriott hotels. Staff was very helpful with any questions I had.
Swimming pool was good Although I booked a room for 4 people, the sofa bed was not made up and there was no bedding in the room. Had to go to the next building and ask for it. The clerk gave me a cople of sheets with the explanation that I have to make up the bed-standard policy
The welcome we received on the evening that we checked in set the expectation for the whole visit. She lady at the front desk was amazing. She is a great asset to the hotel. The number of adults hanging out at the entrance/ pool area that were drinking and having adult conversation was more than I am comfortable with while traveling with family.
Room was clean with small kitchen. Nice fold out bed for our children. 24 hour shuttle services allows one to use the light rail that runs from the airport into seattle....this way you do not need a rental car. The staff did not know how to handle those that arrive w/out a car. We were told to walk to Wal-Mart area when we arrived...when they actually have a shuttle to that area that we could have used to walk to a restaurant. As well as shuttle to shopping.
From the minute they handed us a bag of jellybeans upon our arrival to the 'Have a safe trip home' on our departure, this was a terrific experience. Our room were very nice and very clean, as were all area's of the hotel. Their staff was exceptional. We have grown children with families who live in the area and they not only opened up their breakfast room for our family gatherings every night, on one occasion they brought us a plateful of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! We would definitely stay here again.
The internet, the kitchen in the actual rooms and the staff of the hotel plus the business center were all great. The breakfast spread left something to be desired. It was kind of messy and I wasn't expecting frozen waffles.
I loved the cleanliness, the service, and the setup. I liked everything I plan on staying there again soon.
Friendly staff, clean, quiet, internet without problems and reasonable up and download speed. Price. Swimming pool rather small. No balcony, windows can only be opened 2 inches. Driving to downtown Seattle can be time consuming depending on hour.
The staff was wonderful, the rooms were excellent the continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection. I will stay here again.
It was okay. Would have liked a place to put luggage other than the coffee table. No luggage rack or dresser. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. So-so continental breakfast. One of 4 hotels in same area. Another from Marriott chain, one from Hilton, and Larkspur Landing.
The hotel is affordable and close to the airport. The continental breakfast is a bit minimal, but they had a Waffle maker, so SCORE!!! There is a workout room with the basic equipment (it a bit funky located in the garage, but a rare luxury in a budget hotel) The staff was quite nice too. The rooms are below the usual Ramada standard. When I arrived the bathroom door was locked. After they unlocked it, the toilet was plugged up and unusable, so they had to send a maintenance guy up to sort it out. The A/C was pretty noisy and looked/felt like it was on its last legs. Finally, the shower plumbing was jacked up, and it was nearly impossible to get a decent temperature (too hot or too cold were easy) while also having water pressure... it was the plumbing equivalent of having to hold the TV antenna to get decent reception (sorry, those under about 50 have no idea what I am talking about).
Ramada dropped my reservation.
Closeness to Seatac Price Got sent to room already occupied Walls kinda thin Neighbor coming and going all night with door slamming
nothing location, building, décor, breakfast started at 6 and we left at 4.
Due to proximity to airport, jet noise was prevalent. Otherwise, this place was absolutely wonderful.
Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++ Breakfast was all inclusive, but the time frame of AFTER 6:30am.. hello?? it was a Monday morning, and there are people that need to go back to work. Traffic in Seatac on Mon morning 6:30am was not going to allow anyone to enjoy that beautiful breakfast.
location and theme of hotel charging for parking
It did not have a hotel-like atmosphere
Cost, service, comfort Location, but only because I am working in downtown Seattle. Excellent access to SeaTac and would recommend highly for anyone song business in the airport area. Cheaper and nicer than the chain hotels in the area. Exceptional service and fabulous comfort and awesome environment. I would make it my long term lodging choice, except for where I am working.
The facility, property, and amenities were nice. On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
It was an unexpected delight in a convenient location - close to the airport.
I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
Great food! Luxurious. People super friendly. Beautiful room, nice details.
Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food. While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
Atmosphere....landscaping Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds
Relaxing environment inside and out, despite close proximity to a major airport.
Proximity to airport The dim lighting gave an overall dingy look. Carpet appeared dirty. Halls smelled like a gym with really poor ventilation. I had intended to stay 30days but had to leave after 1. The staff was very pleasant! Great value for the money. Just didn't suit my needs at the time.
The hotel is really close to the Link train in SeaTac, you can hop off the train and walk to it. The beds are normal, just one pillow though. This hotel is perfect if you are just planning to get a bed to sleep after exploring the city, nothing more. There's no elevator so you have yo carry your luggage upstairs, also the hotel is very outdated; we didn't get the breakfast but it was just a corner with coffee and there was no information about it from the front desk. Also it's kind of sad that there's no bathroom around so you have to go to the back where all the laundry is being washed.
It is a fine, basic, budget hotel that fits the need It really needs updating.
Location to airport, shuttle service, friendly staff They advertised parking for those using the hotel when flying out of SeaTac, which is part of why we chose to stay there, but upon arrival they didn't have any parking available and we had to take our car to another hotel close by and pay more for parking there.
Hookers, people writing notes about the hookers being bad in bed and setting it on the stairs for everyone to see. No elevator only stairs. They don't clean under anything and I mean anything found used condoms under bed and used food wrappers under sink. The smell of mold is terrible.
The staff was friendly, helpful and available. Shuttle to and from airport prompt and the drivers courteous. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport, right across the street. Defintely worthwhile for a budget park and fly experience. My room was clean and quiet. If you are looking for something cheap and close to SeaTac airport this is it. The hotel itself is rundown and outdated but that is what I expected for the price. The vending machine was out of water bottles and only had soda. I just walked to the hotel next door and bought from their vending machine. I didn't bother with the free breakfast as nothing looked very appetizing but again this is what I expected for the price.
This place is a little dodgy. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was spic and span if a little outdated. It's in a bad location so get tje courtesy van to pick you up. Definitely not a place to take your children. Would I use them again? Yes because I'm a cheapskate and the price is right.
Bathtub was not clean.
The curtains and refrigerator need to be replaced. The Continental breakfast needed more options.
Price for room. Shuttle driver very nice. Breakfast tables dirty. Poor choice of items. Tacky presentation. Vending machine not working. No elevator.
Place is run down and seedy. Have stayed there for years. Felt super unsafe and rooms a total dump! Carpet was wer about three feet around the ac unit. No plugs in sink and tib. Coffee maker broke and missing parts. Part of a metal plug stuck in bathroom outlet. Room had a terrible odor probably due to wet carpet. Felt unsafe on room and walking down the halls. Water ending machine empty and no bottled water for sale in hotel.
People at front desk were nice The hotel looks very old, smells and needs updating. The bathroom was gross, don't look down the sink drain it looks like something will jump out at you. Reminds me of those hotels you see on Hotel Impossible show that's gross and dirty.
The airport shuttle service was great. The wifi was terrible.
The staff were very nice, and the airport shuttle is handy. The wifi worked. There is no restaurant, nor one nearby. (Though staff did offer to take me by shuttle.) The facility is in sad shape and in need of repairs and refreshing. It is older. The room was clean but worn and very, very small. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 but there wasn't any food left or coffee, so they don't refresh it often though it was open until 9:00 am. It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.
This was the best free breakfast ever! they thought of everything. maintenance in our room.
The staff was courteous. I wish I had known they were under construction.
Hair in bathtub. Parts missing from coffee maker. Unbelievably noisy when other guest flush. Will not go back.
Parking was a pain in the butt
