Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to train stations. Some reviewers highlighted clean and comfortable rooms, especially after recent renovations, and a few mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests experienced issues with service, including booking problems, unhelpful or rude reception, and slow check-in. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms spotless and others lacking proper housekeeping. Noise, small bathrooms, and malfunctioning amenities like air conditioning and showers were also noted. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but service and cleanliness can vary.
