Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions on foot. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers highlighting exceptional service from specific employees. Cleanliness was another positive aspect, with rooms being described as tidy and well-maintained. However, there were consistent complaints about the breakfast, which was considered limited and too sweet by many, as well as issues with small room sizes and some maintenance concerns in bathrooms and showers. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value and hospitality left a positive impression for most guests.
