Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast and central location. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as dust and unclean rooms, and several guests were dissatisfied with the service, mentioning unhelpful or indifferent staff. Amenities like the sauna, spa, and pool were often unavailable due to ongoing renovations, which also affected the overall atmosphere. Despite these drawbacks, the breakfast and location were standout positives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
