Short comfortable flight. Like many European and US based airlines - expect a budget airline experience even on full service airlines
uneventful, good economy section, friendly staffs, good food, safe flight.
More leg room than I expected, comfy seats, complimentary soft drinks when requested.

Finnair was not able to get our luggage on a connecting flight and there was a substantial delay of two days to obtain our lugguage. They did not communicate well, and we had to travel a significant distance to finally get our luggage. It has been a very negative experience.
On a more than 8 hours flight was only one meal included, which I have never experienced before. Always two meals on the overseas flight. It was very weird.
Business seating is soooo uncomfortable. You can sit straight up or lay down. You need pillows behind you because the back doesn’t lay down. Those are need to “prop” you up. The chair has no padding whatsoever. Food was gross. I’ve eaten on Finnair before and the food was exceptional. This time it gave 2 people in our party diarrhea. It was the chicken dish. I took 2 bites and didn’t eat anything more. The flight attendants were nice. You needed an additional lounge in Terminal D at DFW Airport. After waiting 40 minutes to enter, we finally gave up and went to a bar across from the club doors. I’m unsure if I’ll ever book a Finnair flight again.
It was a good flight, very comfortable seats for sleeping in business class. Probably the most comfortable business class seat I've ever had (20+ times in business class on various airlines). Service was good, but the only downside is my screen didn't work and it had to be reset multiple times to get it to shut off. I had to block my eyes because the screen was white almost the entire flight and I wore an eye mask when I slept. But when eating and reading in my seat, my eyes hurt because the only way to turn the screen off was reset it and the screen would only be off for a few minutes at a time.
Everything was wonderful! AirBus seats are more comfortable to sleep in as compared to the Boeing planes.
Great. It was awesome to have boarding from the front and back of the plane as it made the process go very quickly
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Even if you wait for connecting passengers you should not be an hour late departing waiting their luggage. Your passengers may have connections in the other end and you harm them.
Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen
The leg room on the plane was the smallest I have encountered in all my travels. Ił only 5’4
Crew could not even try to accommodate my food request. Phone Charging USB thing was not working.
Full flight. Seat 8 F. I don't usually have the business class seat at the last row. Feel awkward for the stewardess crossing over the person sitting on aisle. Nothing to complain, especially, the airline stewardess really tried to accommodate such situation. It is just an awkward seat.
