Pros (+) Beautiful decor in guest rooms, balconies & restaurant. Extremely comfortable bed. Very well-intentioned service; excellent breakfast.
Cons (-) Beautiful wooden floors in guest rooms, but we heard every step taken by guests in room above us. Need more rugs or sound-proofing. Avoid the Beringer Estate Garden View rooms. Our view was over the Beringer employee parking lot and too close to the traffic on Highway 29. Sitting on the lovely balcony felt more like being at a very upscale motel, rather than a relaxing resort.
