5.4 Okay
Pros: We asked for an extra blanket and the manager provided one for us.
Cons: Heating was turned off in the hotel. There was no additional way to warm our room...
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. Easy to park outside hotel for free. Fine for a 1 night stop over.
Cons: Plug sockets not standard European, so cold not charge any appliances.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: air conditions were not working the staff was very rude
7.1 Good
Pros: Wi-Fi speed
Cons: cockroaches
4.6 Okay
Cons: was there with two kids (1 and 3) paid for breakfast and got only three chocolate croissants and coffee. Not exactly what you would call breakfast. I could't give that to a 1 year old kid.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the waitresses
Cons: The heating in our room was not working so it was freezing and we were not offered an alternative room or a portable heater. I also found a big bug in my bed when I woke up (beetle maybe?)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The stuff was very friendly and always there to help us. We had a parking place behind locked door so the car was safe and we did not have to think about it. The bus station is in front of the hotel which can bring you to Treviso, where you take the train to Venice. Also with the car you need 30 minutes to Venice, which is awesome, so a very good location. We liked that every day a cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms, so it was very clean. After two days they change the towels, that is also very nice.
Cons: The pillows were just not good. It was like we didin't even sleep on a bed. You go to sleep tired and wake up still tired. In our room, we didn't have a fridge, which is very important when you go there on hot days, like we were. Our drinks were getting warm always, a simple small fridge would be nice. During the night there was always someone in the hotel walking around and making loud noises and the staff did not do anything to stop that. So for 2 out of 4 nights they were waking us up and it just isn't pleasant and enjoyable.

Pros: Perfect location in the middle of everything and near the boat, nice building, service was great, large breakfast with all you need. The ironed sheets were very nice.
Cons: The coffee was a little strong. The hot parts of breakfast could have been switched out some so it seemed more fresh if you were arriving late. Maybe more variety of hot food. But overall the breakfast was pretty varied and something for everyone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Great location
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent

Bedroom quite small, bathroom excellent Location is very good, nice shops around hotel and beach is 10 min walk. Only 4 min walk from pedestrian ferry
Cons: Small bedroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff were very warm and helpful. Even though the room was small, we found it cosy and clean. Lido is a very beautiful island and honestly it exceeded my expectations and the ease of getting into town through the water transport was fantastic. We spent 4 days and it was very nice!
Cons: The breakfast options were quite limited.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice 4-star hotel in a very quiet area away from the crowds. The building it's quite old-fashioned but still the rooms are nice and well insulated. Staff is super nice and polite. Would book without doubt when back in Venice. We had early check-in the last day and they arranged a packed breakfast for us!
Cons: Breakfast was ok but we missed more variety.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my time here while visiting Venice and Lido. It's right on the main strip and very close to the water transit station. Good classic feel inside in the lobby and restaurant.
Cons: I had a room on the ground floor, which was a bit strange.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I never stayed there as it was not clear that you needed a ferry to get to the hotel. Rental cars are not allowed on the ferries and it want clear on how to connect with the foot traffic ferry. In the end it was a lost night of lodging but only after spending three hours trying to find the ferry. Not one of my good kayak experiences
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location. I will never stay in Venice city proper again!! The staff was exceptionally attentive. I became ill while there and the staff was both proficient and kind. Will return to this hotel for certain.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.

7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: The heater was not fully working
7.7 Good
Pros: Value for the money, decent free breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff, allowed us to park the car for free in front of hotel since their small parking lot was full. direct public bus to venice next to the hotel with decent frequency although can be too crowded with locals
Cons: Shower doors did not close properly. Not the best location and hotel staff cautioned us about car break-in at public parking places near to the hotel. I would not call it 4 star based on US standards.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Got there after 2 days flight very very tired.... with my parents wife and 4 years old child...got a very bad and no expected surprise....said there were no room for us..must got some where else...did no care about my seniors parents or child WRONG CHOICE
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good, room is really good, very good staff. Breakfast is awesome
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, good locaiton with parking. The hotel is very close to bus stop that connects to Venice or to Mestre railway station , and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and noise-free in spite of being close to busy road. Perfect for families.
Cons: there is nothing we did not like.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spacious room to spend the night and bathroom huge with heated towel rack.
Cons: staff was very blah. They let me check in an hour early but didn't give any recommendations or conversation. They were doing construction which was mildly annoying in the morning. When I was trying to leave to checkout it took the elevator a literal 8 minutes to get to my floor. Then I ended up missing my bus to catch the train to catch my flight.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is great, very close to a bus stop that takes you directly to Venice. There is also a public parking right outside the hotel - do not rely on the hotel parking, very dicy.
Cons: The breakfast is served until 10 AM. But close to 9:30-09:40, bread gets over and the restaurant staff denied to get more bread. The breakfast is alright, have had better breakfast at such hotels. Found the restaurant staff to be a bit arrogant as well. The hotel didn't reserve any parking spots, in spite of giving timely notice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Silent and clean room. Overall a nice stay and good value for money.
Cons: Breakfast was terrible.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and decent location in relation to Venice. Staff was helpful regarding the area as it was our first time visiting Venice. Breakfast was good, but very pricey.
Cons: Room would not cool more than 22 C, which was too warm at night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The confort of the room, the breakfast was great and also it has a nice and friendly staff !!!
4.0 Okay
Pros: I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, and the view of the riverfront. The room gave me every indication to believe the place was high end.
Cons: The place seemed dead. All the lights in the hallways were off, the water in the shower fluctuated temperatures when used (like it hasn't been used for an extended period of time), I only bumped into one other guest in my building during my 1 day stay, and I could tell from the outside how many rooms were occupied - I'd say around 10% at best. This place was huge! Prior to arrival, I didn't think the size of the hotel would be a problem, but once I got there, I found it very annoying. The restaurant was in another building, and we had to go outside and around the waterfront to reach it. Reading the other reviews, I can confirm it's true - the service is mediocre at best. The staff provide seem to have no sense of urgency to help. Our dinner took very long they were unaccommodating. When I asked if I could add chicken to my pasta (which was not on the menu, but chicken and pasta as separate items were), they acted as if I had just walked into the catholic church and pissed on the baby Jesus himself. The service was slow. Upon checkout, I was told by the desk attendant the person with the authority to complete the task was unavailable and I had to wait 10 minutes. This place feels very understaffed. Given the small size of the staff, the seemingly nonexistent guests, the dim lighting and the infrequently used water pipes, I'd venture to guess NH is loosing some serious money on this investment. Granted, I did visit in May, which is probably a slower season.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was okay and buffet breakfast was a standard. Not professional as a 4 star hotel thought
Cons: The bath and shower where not very clean with hair inside Lights beside the table was not working The curtain was half blocked and for the same price I spend the next day in a beautiful venetian hotel. Also the key of the room was not working. Definitely not 4 star service and not worth it the price
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is great! Spacious with great breakfast. Bus stop close by making it easy to get into Venice. There's a great sushi restaurant nearby. Rooms are basic but comfortable bed. Family joining room was great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location! There is a direct bus to Venice really near the hotel. And it is always emty. So very comfortable to go to Venice. And also there is a lot of place to parking near the hotel.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The nice, tranquil and secluded place where the hotel is placed with a breathtaking view at Venice if you living in a room with a sea/channel view. Our room was very stylish with a comfortable huge bed and a roomy bathroom. Breakfast also was very delicious.
Cons: Unfortunately, the noise of the air condition that placed directly above the bed could disrupt your sleep. Rooms separated by the closed-door (in order of accommodation big families), but it still the door, so if you unlucky and have loud neighbors .... so, you could imagine )))

Pros: View is fabulous. Bed comfortable, wifi perfect, room well heated.
Cons: The breakfast service is terrible. After repeated requests, I did not receive the requested things. The gift drink was taken out of the fridge during room service, outrageous. It was a renovation at the level you could hear in the room as early as 8 am, at this price it was unacceptable. Room service food is bad :( .

Hotel Rialto - Venice - Bedroom
11
8.4 Excellent (2,888 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel Rialto places you in the heart of Venice, steps from Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: It's at good location
Cons: The worst and rudest customer service ever seen. Do not go by pictures, in reality their rooms are very bad. It does not deserve even one star. I ended up making new reservation of an apartment by paying 200 euro per night. Moreover when I tried to cancel my old reservation via booking agency, they threatened us that we may have to leave their property. Now think of what you do when you are with the family on a vacation. Over commercialization has degraded quality everywhere. But this one is the worst. Please STAY AWAY from this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing and friendly, hotel was in a fantastic position for exploring the city. Our room had amazing views.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good
Cons: We were placed in what is called "the Annex" - never stay there - it is accessed by a dimly lit alley way filled with garbage - no evalators and no view whatsoever. The Hotel Rialto should be embarrassed to count this as part of their establishment.
2.2 Mediocre
Cons: Unhelpful staff.
5.7 Okay
Cons: Staff was very rude We had lot of luggage there was no one to help take the luggage through the stairs. Charged extra fee If 2 person stay in the room. Gave us 2 twin bed room.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The staff is not customer service oriented. AC was not working and we were above 40C (110F). Couldn't sleep at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a busy area right in front of the Rialto Bridge but the vaporetto is right there too to whisk you off to every point in Venice. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel could use a little work but rest assured that they put their money where you will benefit the most, like the bathroom which is modern, huge, and nicely appointed. We had a lovely time at this hotel.
Cons: We have no complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position. We entered to the boat bus from Marco Polo airport and reached the hotel directly. No need to carry luggages all around. Emlloyees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The surrounding area was very lively.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was really nice, the room was quite fancy from furniture perspective.
Cons: The bathroom was terrible, very small, old hair dryer ( from 1920 I think...), no shampoo. If you have a room next to the vaporetto station ( with view at the canal) there is some noice during the evening. Breakfast is basic, no vegetables, cheese ham and omelette...classical Overall it s a nice hotel but value over money is quite bad. Is like a 3* hotel...
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice and hysteric hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is unbeatable and the young man who helped us at check in and check out was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The traditional room was great but would prefer no carpet.

Excellent location (there is nothing nearby, but is easy to arrive from the airport and later go to the train station). Heating comes from metal bars, which is the best kind of heating. Doesn't make noise and actually heats the ambient. Service is good. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. You can dry your clothes in the heating bars.
Cons: There are no power outlets/sockets near the bed, only one in the floor near the stairs and another in the ground floor. I could hear a noise in top of my bed (probably something electronic, like the fire alarm). Not a big noise, but unfortunately perceivable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is wonderful and I loved our room. We got one king sized bed, but there were two floors and it resembled a cozy cabin type! It was great!
Cons: It's a bit of a far walk from all of the touristy things, but that't not necessarily a bad thing
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Elevator for disable person not working
5.0 Okay
Pros: NICE AND BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Cons: IT WAS FAR AWAY FOR US FROM THE CENTER OF THE CITY/ THE ROOM WAS VERRY DARK.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience was fantastic. The view overlooking the gondolas, the wonderful breakfast spread, the friendly staff, it was just great! The location, less that one block away from San Marco Square, was priceless. And the walk to the main canal was a straight shot. It was like staying in a dream, and worth every penny. There is no doubt that when I return to Venice, I will seek out this hotel. I can't recommend it highly enough.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was only a short walk from the local train service. We rode the train out of Venice (the island) to Venice (the mainland). We chose staying on the mainland as it was less expensive, and the ride on the train wasn't too bad (except in the a.m. with all the commuters--very crowded). The breakfast wasn't fancy, but certainly adequate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was so convenient for the airport, really clean and just what we were looking for. Since our flight was early, the hotel prepared us a packed breakfast that we really appreciated.

5.1 Okay
Cons: When a staff brought my luggage up, I gave 1 euro, it may not be much, but I researched that you do not tip in Europe in general. Staff made sarcastic comments which was very rude. I will not go back here for this one guy, I was ripped off quite a bit in europe, so research and be firm to say "NO" when they ask for more money or tip.
7.7 Good
Pros: Super busy location. Very handy for our early train departure on our last day. Handy to all of the water taxis too Nice breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Our double room was very large, with a high-ceiling and large bathroom with tub/shower.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing with breakfast just iin front of the gran canale and the staff is very nice
Cons: the room was very small, the tv is small and old type and isn't a smart tv. The room has some cracks on the wall nothing serious but not nice to see
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean. Bar staff was very helpfull
Cons: Breakfast was very very poor. Check in was very bad because they gave us room without balcony. So our dreams to sit in balcony with channel view demolished. Room was small.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, helpful reception, and ok breakfast.
Cons: Thin walls, could hear everyone and hard bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Tasty and various breakfast, nice staff. The locality is close to railway and bus station, water bus stop (5-10 min. by walk), but around 30 minutes by walk to St. Marco square. A lot of bars and restaurants on the street, also Spar Market.
Cons: I would say that the rooms have thiny walls, so each water using in neigbour's room was very well heared, especially during the night. The room does not look for 4* rate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, location, value
Cons: None
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location, 600 feet from train station . Old building ( this is a very old city ) but makes you feel as though you have gone back in time . Great food , service excellent. Front desk guys can be a little stuffy , but they upgraded us at no charge .
Cons: Beds could be queen or king , the 2 single beds are a joke . Pushing them together is pointless. A romantic hotel in one of the best cities on earth , should have bigger beds .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, staff were friendly and we felt at home
Cons: Pigeons
