Pros (+) Location was great... restrooms were clean. Had a great business feel to it.
Cons (-) The TV kept freezing and I would have to restart it. The TV was laggy. Maybe because of the WiFi or the tv itself

Pros (+) The lobby is beautiful and very current in it’s styling. The staff was wonderful, very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I absolutely loved how dog friendly the hotel is and how, compared to other comparable hotels, the one time charge was surprisingly low. It was lovely to be able to bring our two small dogs on our vacation.
Cons (-) The air conditioning seemed to be rather old and was positioned in the far left corner of the room in the wall. There was only one vent and only went down to 65°. Although that seems low, it felt more like 69° or 70°. For such a small room the air-conditioning still didn’t seem to do the job well. As far as the location it was suitably placed around areas of interest such as restaurants and bars. ...

Pros (+) The location was great downtown and close to many things. The price was great as well.
Cons (-) I didn’t like that I had to call for housekeeping after being gone all day. They either forgot my room or got backed up really bad but never notified me. Also my tub kept dripping and light was burned out in the room.

Pros (+) The stay was great. From pulling up to pulling away. Staff is friendly and genuine. Room is quaint, yet stylish. Room service is quick to serve. Nothing easier than having everything go perfect.
