Complained about bloodstained sheets and they're trying to convince me, a sommelier, that it's spilled wine. Nicely done Omni 👍

The pool and the entire outdoor area was being renovated, which also closed all restaurants except the coffee bar.. This was mitigated by the cooler weather, but was still a bit troublesome that there was only acclimated choice for breakfast. I left the hotel to find breakfast all week. Friendly staff, easy access to trolley, ferry to Coronado, downtown, complimentary water bottles
Pros (+) Friendly staff
Cons (-) Need to lower F&B prices, due to area & competitive prices due to proximity of equal or possibly BETTER restaurants.
Cons (-) No sound insulation. Door does not close on either side. room linens were dirty, and wall had very apparent dry wall screws apparent.
Pros (+) Food was exvellent
Cons (-) Front of lobby too congested & overly crowded
Pros (+) Functional and clean rooms, all amenities available. Excellent location for conferences in convention center or one of the large surrounding hotels.
Cons (-) As expedia costumer typically placed in one of the less favorable rooms (in this case above the pool bar, whci was used for evening and morning events with music) Pricey food and drink items in the hotel (e.g. bottled water 7$) One of the access paths for baseball games is through the hotel, hence before and after games the business center and gym are virtually unusable.
Pros (+) Very clean, comfortable bed, nice staff, perfect location, and great view from the 17th floor.
Cons (-) N/A
Pros (+) Loved the location, bed, look and feel of the room, and the staff. I stayed in a water facing room with a (sort of) balcony on the 20th floor. It was a tremendous view I had a fantastic time. Couldn't possibly be closer to gas lamp district
Cons (-) The room was a bit small and unequipted for the price per night. No microwave or refrigerator unless you call and ask for one to be sent up which was a bit tedious. Overall only complaint I could have
