Nice place in the heart of San Juan. No outside window in our room, which was actually fine because we wanted to sleep in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be in old San Juan near lots of restaurants and attractions.

Great location in Old San Juan, we walked everywhere in the old City. The room was comfortable. The Restaurant makes a great breakfast and coffee. We loved winding down on the rooftop at the end of the day. This is a perfect location for an old San Juan getaway!

Pros (+) I liked the location on Calle Fortaleza, close to good restaurants and to parking lot.
Cons (-) The room was incredibly small. I need to talk to someone in the front desk to get my key, and they had a sign that says "for help text x number". Nobody answered until the next day when I had left already. How did I finally get my key? I opened the desk and there it was, no help, no security, no supervision. I just took it and kept going.
