Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests praise the hotel for its outstanding location, which is central, walkable, and close to major attractions, restaurants, and the cruise terminal. Some reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, as well as clean rooms and comfortable beds, though these aspects receive more mixed feedback. However, there are notable concerns about outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, lack of amenities, and problems with air conditioning. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest asset, making it a convenient choice for short stays.
