Pros (+) Staff was very nice when asked for directions to different points of interest in Puerto Rico. Prompt in giving us towels. Lady working during the day is just wonderful. Showed us an awesome bakery to buy mallorca and other goodies located close to the hotel. A great hotel to stay away from the tourist area.
