Had to spend the first 2 nights in 2 separate rooms because our reserved room was not empty. The keys stop working every 2-3 days. Dated and not well maintained. Decent location but not worth the price

Pros (+) I have to say at first look you think you did not get a good deal. However, the cleanliness and the staff and the location can’t be beat!. And I can’t stress it enough just how great the staff was. You can ask them anything and they will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. Even though it’s a huge tourist industry they treat everyone so well. If I were to go back to San Juan I would def...
Cons (-) I think the only thing that could’ve been better is the dehumidifier in the room fills up really fast but I wouldn’t say that that was a horrible thing but it helps to have it empty. It keeps the room much cooler.

Pros (+) The hotel cancelled my reservation without communicating this to me in any way. I called to confirm, in light of the hurricane and was told it had been cancelled. This was a month after the storm and just 2 wks prior to my scheduled arrival.
