Pros: Front desk nice but couldn't help!!
Cons: King room not available due to over booking. I paid $20 more for double bed!! Had to check out of hotel instead of being able to get refund of $20. We are in our 70's and had traveled at night , in rain and thunderstorm. Had to use stairs to room then found out that we had to leave hotel and find another one in price range, so it was down stairs with luggage!!! VERY fluststrating not to be able to "adjust" price !!! Very little compassion from person on phone!!!
Excellent8.8
Pros: The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location was not so great as the area seemed a little scary. The staff was great .i wiuld stay here again .
Good7.4
Pros: Nice rooms. Clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The beds were very, very hard.
Good7.3
Pros: They put all our room together.
Cons: They said we would have gotten a cheaper rate if we had gone thru them.
Good6.8
Pros: Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. They have the tiniest bottles of shampoo you have ever seen. The staff was good, but when you have acrowd that big and run out of stuff you need to send somebody to the store. Out of syrup for "Texas" waffles, out of creamer, the excuse that the shipment didn't come in isn't a good one.
Cons: See above
Mediocre2.6
Cons: Horrible parking Stayed in an add on facility not main hotel. Poor access to front desk or pool This was a terrible stay Dogs next door barked all night Phone didn't work Had to park in fire zone just to get a place.

Pros: The Shower was strong and the room was cold.
Cons: The clerk was rude, the room smelled, there was hairs on sink and baby roaches coming out of the fridge and microwave. The bed didn't even have a sheet on it just a thin blanket under two other thicker blankets. The "free" breakfast was stale cereal and small nasty muffins. The shower actually didn't drain right either shower turned into a bath tub.

Pros: NOTHING! Had 2 beds only 1 had a blanket. Requested towels first night had to wait 2 hours for them to wash,2nd night requested extra blanket they had one that was dirty, and staff said they didn't know where laundry soap was
Cons: Only one towel was in the room with crusty food on it,no water pressure for us to shower in the morning, so we had to shower at family's house.
Okay5.7
Pros: Cheap and easy, friendly staff, and no problems or hassles whatsoever. Quick and easy check in, also
Cons: Found a roach, super itchy sheets, loud due to closeby highway and other hotel customers, found cigarette butts in non- smoking room.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Convenient to where we were visiting each day.
Cons: They didn't have enough towels at check in and we waited until the afternoon of our second day. They only had two very small pillows for each bed.

Pros: The price wasn’t too bad so that’s a plus
Cons: Their tv channels appeared grainy and the tv wouldn’t stay on longer than 20 min.
Excellent8.2
Excellent9.4
Pros: Friendly check-in, fast and courteous. The room design was nice, so much so most of my friends were wondering what Motel 6 I was at. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Cons: There was need of cosmetic repair in the room. I imagine these rooms get trashed by college kids, or something. There was a hole busted through the shelving for the t.v. which was unattractive, and some of the paneling on the shelf by the table was peeling off.
Okay4.2
Cons: We had to wait for 20 minutes for them to clean our room and when we got up there the room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, and it looked like someone smeared poop or some dark food on the wall by our bed. The mattresses were not comfortable at all.
Good7.4
Pros: The value of the place was very good. I was traveling as a single mom with a small child and this place was well within my budget. The facility was clean upon arrival and seemed like a safe place to stay. The room itself seemed like it was newly renovated and was in excellent condition. The pool was also in good condition and the water seemed to be clean. The staff of the place was also very friendly.
Cons: Upon arrival I felt that it was an ok place to stay but was definitely not upper class. There wasn't a good place to park my car since my room was on the back side of the building and the parking lot was quite a distance from my room. There are also no elevators and the cleaning staff seemed to always be blocking the walkways since the walkways are on the smaller side to begin with. Although my room was clean, there were tiny bits of black fuzz all over my sheets on the bed and the air conditioner unit needed a bit of cleaning as well because there was dust all inside of the front vent.
Good6.5
Pros: Close to Texas State. Friendly staff
Cons: the room is clean but the bathroom tub needs to be replaced. the beds are poor and the sheets need to also be replaced.
Okay4.2
Pros: The location was great
Cons: The grounds were very dirty. My room was dirty and it seemed as it was "cleaned" in a hurry. The floor was sticky and the sink was never cleaned. The "guests" were roaming about the grounds being quite loud at all hours and some seemed to be permanent residents as several were cooking in their rooms (yes, their doors were wide open so I could see in). One of the"roamers" was surely a drug addict as some strange exchange took place in plain sight. And another asked me for some spare change. Never again will I use this motel. I expected 1-1/2 star quality but this one should be minus 4 stars.

Pros: Horrible
Mediocre3.1
Mediocre2.0
Cons: I came for the weekend of Marley Fest in Austin and obviously the hotels were going to be more expensive and I had waited until last minute to book HOWEVER I paid $200 for complete trash. There were holes in the towels, the shower nob was broken so I couldn't change the temperature of the water so basically I took a cold shower both days. The A/C unit was so dusty after the first night my throat was killing me from all of the allergens. I could really go all day but the worst part was I didn't even want to bring it to the managers attention because she was already EXTREMELY rude at check out. So pretty much I know it's not a 4 star place but it's not even one star.
Mediocre2.0
Mediocre2.0
Cons: Disgusting, unprofessional, rude, and uncouth are just some words that describe this "hotel." Of course, driving up to this place, I didn't expect much from the poorly maintained landscape, locked front office area (even though the sign said open) and reeking unusual odor coming from the front office area when someone finally did come however, I still would have liked to be treated with some respect as I was a paying customer but the manager didn't agree. I approached the office and after about 30 mins, I was yelled at from across the way by the manager. Long story short, the manager made 2 wrong assumptions. 1st, she assumed I was underage after which I immediately showed her my ID and showed her I was over 21. 2nd, she wrongly assumed the 4 people I had with me were going to stay in the 2 person room, which they were not. After speaking my case, she ignored my evidence, refused to give me a room AS WELL AS a refund. I was not going to be out the money I paid in advanced so I called the booking company, told them about the difficulty and requested a refund which they gave (an hour long process). With all that being said, I would highly recommend against this hotel.
Mediocre2.0
Cons: This hotel had a very bad odor in the room and office. Very rude and extremely hard to understand the man at the counter. The beds were like a rock and not properly made up.We left and found another hotel about the same price that was extremely comfortable.I tried to get my money back but hit a brick wall. This place should be listed below sea level. I still wish some how to get my money back. Help me do this.

Pros: Liked the tv, and bed; but most of all I liked how the front desk guy accommodated me with a spranged ankle by changing my room to the first floor so I didn’t have to climb the stairs.
Cons: Nothing really .
Mediocre2.8
Cons: The bedroom part of the room was ok. The bathroom however was horrendous. Dirty door, rusted and peeling curtain rod and towel holder, stained/scratched tub, blistered/peeling coating on tub drain covers with scotch tape. The kind of person at the front desk was unexpected. There was a drinking, loud group of sketchy people on the parking lot by the stairs. Like the title says - you find yourself in a cheap motel after paying a decent hotel rate.

Cons: worn out mattress, sheets with holes, broken lampshades, running toilet.
Mediocre3.4
Cons: The hot water frequently ran out after only a minute or two. We each only had one skinny pillow. Two light bulbs were missing. There was no coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was advertised, but turned out to be coffee and danishes only. Our door was difficult to close correctly. I don't ask for much in a hotel room - a comfy place to sleep, coffee and a hot shower in the morning. They did not deliver and I will never stay at an Econo Lodge again.
