Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the lake, downtown, and local attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems. Breakfast and some amenities, such as the pool and restaurant, often did not meet expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the location and staff left a positive impression on most guests.
