Really great location and also really nice vibe to the place but some improvements are in order. The staff is the biggest asset as they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Where the hotel can improve...The mattress in the room is of low quality and way to soft. The HVAC system is antiquated. The paint in the room was cracked and peeling.

Pros (+) I've now stayed at The Georgian twice. It feels like a home away from home. I love it! The staff is courteous and kind. The accommodations were lovely. The all-day food service was very convenient (and delicious). The proximity to shops and restaurants, the beach and pier is impressively walk-able. And the view is incredible!

Cons (-) Taxes, fees, and parking added ~$100 to an already-pricey room. We were also somehow billed for minibar purchases we did not make.
