Pros: Very good breakfast. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great location in the center of Ortigia.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location could hardly have been bettered. Our room was characterful with two rooms separated by a set of stairs.

Cons: We both have arthritis, so the lack of a lift in our part of the hotel was a shame at the end of hard day's exploration of Ortigia. But I would not regard that as a serious criticism.
