Pickup and drop off were easy. But they mistakenly charged me in-terminal drop off fee that shouldn’t be charged if I dropped the car at their office outside terminal. Don’t book with Sixt! Our plans changed and I needed to cancel my reservation. There is no option to speak to anyone. Online the only option is to cancel and be charged a $351 cancellation fee. No cancellation fee was mentioned at booking and this was 6 weeks prior to our trip. I disputed it with my credit card company.Reviewed 15 Sept 2022
