Good experience, nice staff! Super modern car that had no problems. I wish however there were more possibility to pick-up and drop-off the car outside usual working hours. terrible on return of car i left brand new sunglasses in car — unfortunately by the time i realized i was at the airport; i immediately contacted sixt — told them the facts the follow up has been awful supposedly they have not been able to find them — which is ridiculous since i let them in the car likely someone had taken them from the company — i have asked them to replace the sunglasses without any reply back this is a new car company and id expect better customer service we will not rent from them again terrible experienceReviewed 9 Sept 2024

I booked to pick up the car at 7pm. When I got to the location at 7pm I was told they have closed . I saw a gentle man inside the store and another gentleman sited outside the store. And they both told me they have closed. I was never told the store closed at 7pm. Also I got there at 7pm as booked but never attended to. That’s not professional. If you agree to attend to a customer at 7pm, you should honor your agreement . That messes up all my plans as I intended to travel that nightReviewed 7 Sept 2024
